Depending on our needs at the time, administrative duties can include things like:
- Answering calls, emails, and other messages
- Managing scheduling for all therapists
- Responding to inquiries and scheduling new clients
- Managing client billing (no insurance billing required as we are not in-network with any insurances)
- Coordinating with supervisors, therapists, and other staff on a variety of tasks
- Assisting in training/overseeing interns, contributing to their mentorship
- Keeping office supplies stocked and organized
- Keeping office clean and presentable
- Helping with marketing initiatives - via social media, distributing materials, staffing events, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, OR currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program - those who are interested in working in mental health long-term are given preference
- Customer service experience
- Ability to learn new platforms/software needed in order to manage communications, records, calendars, etc.
- Strong commitment to learning and abiding by HIPAA, state, and federal guidelines for confidentiality
- Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be both compassionate and professional
- Comfortable working independently and in groups
