"I love listening to Esther Perel's podcast "Where Should We Begin?" - Every episode is like it's own therapy session wherein Esther explores different struggles, stories, and longings with people (and couples) from every walk of life. I love listening to her guide people into deeper conversations and connections with each other so they can find new ways forward. I also like that she will sometimes reflect back on parts of different episodes where she missed something or could have taken things in a better direction - I think it shows how therapists don't always get it exactly right, but we can always try to be a little bit better every session."

"I recommend Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents because it offers valuable insight into how childhood emotional neglect impacts adulthood. It walks through several specific ways in which parents’ own stuff impacts how they show up for kids, and offers practical tools for healing, self-growth, and breaking unhealthy patterns. It’s a must read for anyone wanting to better understand how their current difficulties stem from past context and identify how to be better parents and people in the future."
-Josh Novak "I recommend 'Just Break Up,' a queer-friendly relationship advice podcast where the two hosts answer questions from listeners across the world about romance, heartbreak, family, mental health, and more. And even though their tagline is 'All the relationship advice you don't want to hear,' I love the warmth and compassion they bring to each question, along with their own self-reflection and humor."
