​​Jessica is a second year master’s student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Auburn University. She grew up a military kid but spent most of her childhood and adolescence in Ozark, Alabama before relocating to Auburn in 2019 to pursue her undergraduate degree in psychology. She has called Auburn home ever since.

She primarily works with young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and the adjustment to life on their own, and will be developing her expertise in helping others heal from traumatic experiences. She’s also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients as they find their most authentic self and build a life that brings joy and connection, even amidst hardship. Her time in her program has solidified her belief that mental healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and her goal to provide accessible and equitable care throughout her career as a counselor.

Jessica’s approach is integrative with an emphasis on person-centered and humanistic principles. Her goal is to empower you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life by helping you tune into the resources and wisdom you already have, as well as offering extra skills, tools, and unwavering positive support when needed to help you connect to the best version of yourself.

​In her personal time, she loves to hangout with her three cats, Bucky, Syko, and Fiona. She also enjoys spending quality time with her partner and getting into a good show. When she has the time, she loves a good concert and going to the beach.
