My journey in the mental health field has been diverse and enriching, with experience as a peer leader, supporter and supervisor, and most recently as a therapist for couples, children, adolescents, and families at East Alabama Mental Health and Auburn's Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Center.

I thrive on connecting with my clients and guiding them to achieve their goals. My strong communication skills, effective therapeutic techniques, and empathetic leadership style allow me to create a supportive and healing environment. I'm deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development, which helps me stay at the forefront of mental health practices.

What truly drives me is my passion for mental health advocacy and my desire to see my clients grow and heal. Special Interests 
I have a particular interest in working individuals, athletes, performers, and their families and spouses who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to perform at their best. My clients often struggle with understanding their emotions and feel suffocated by external pressures. Together, we work on getting out of their heads to perform well both in the game and in life. We focus on healing the inner self, strategizing to overcome mental barriers and challenges, and living life to its fullest potential.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrated Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Structural Family Therapy (SFT). I also aim to integrate exercise science and emphasize mind body connection into my therapy practice to further enhance therapeutic outcomes.​
