​Lindsay works with individuals, couples, and families using a relational, evidence-based approach to help clients heal and strengthen the relationships that matter most. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and build deeper, more meaningful connections.

As a certified Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) Therapist, Lindsay has advanced training and clinical competency in treating women, and their partners, through pregnancy and postpartum related difficulties. She deeply understands the emotional, physical, and relational challenges of motherhood. Lindsay is passionate about helping moms feel supported and less alone by strengthening their relational supports and identifying practical strategies to ease the mental load.

Lindsay recognizes that many emotional and relational challenges stem from nervous system dysregulation- a state where body and mind struggle to find calm amid stress or trauma, ultimately resulting in repeated patterns of negative interactions and disconnection. She helps clients tune into their unique signals of distress and teaches somatic coping skills to restore balance. By integrating elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Lindsay fosters a safe space for vulnerability- guiding clients toward deeper connection, emotional safety, and lasting resilience.
