I treat adult women with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. My style is collaborative, and direct but kind, and I draw on my diverse background, sense of humor, and genuine love for people to help my clients grow and heal.

Lindsay is a compassionate and skilled therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

She uses a relational approach and evidence-based treatments to help clients strengthen important relationships. Her ability to connect with clients, even in the most challenging of circumstances, has been key to her success in fostering healing.

As a certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C), Lindsay supports women and their partners through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, offering strategies to manage the mental load of parenthood and build relational supports during this critical time.
