I primarily treat ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. My style is collaborative, and direct but kind, and I draw on my diverse background, sense of humor, and genuine love for people to help my clients grow and heal.

Lindsay Cutsinger, LMFT

Lindsay has experience working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. She views therapy through a relational lens and uses evidence based treatments to help clients repair and strengthen the relationships that matter most to them. Her early clinical focus and passion centered on working with adolescents with complex trauma and high risk sexual behaviors in a juvenile detention center. Her ability to connect with people regardless of their circumstances, behaviors, and life challenges is a strength that she uses to help clients heal relationally.

Lindsay is currently in process of receiving her Perinatal Mental Health Certification. This certification reflects the clinical competency required to treat women, and their partners, with pregnancy and postpartum related difficulties. Lindsay recognizes the unique challenges women face on their journey to becoming mothers, during pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of parenting. She is passionate about helping moms not feel so alone by bolstering their relational supports and identifying strategies to manage the mental load of motherhood.

My practice is a commitment to your growth and healing through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I offer a variety of proven techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrated Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Structural Family Therapy (SFT).

Recognizing the essential mind-body connection, I also integrate exercise science into my therapy, maximizing the impact of our work together. My passion for mental health advocacy fuels my mission to empower you in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics.
