Trevor Dahle, LMFTTrevor has worked with individuals, couples, and families across residential treatment, private practice, and university settings. His extensive experience treating complex trauma and addiction gives him a
deep understanding of why people sometimes make seemingly unhealthy decisions and allows him to offer perspective and hope to clients who feel overwhelmed or stuck. In recent years, Trevor has specialized in working with couples—particularly those navigating the pain of infidelity or relational betrayal. He is passionate about helping partners rebuild trust, deepen connection, and create stronger, healthier relationships moving forward. Trevor’s approach to therapy focuses on getting to the root of issues as efficiently as possible, helping clients experience meaningful relief and progress without unnecessary delay. His goal is to equip individuals and couples with the tools they need to navigate challenges independently, ultimately working himself out of a job by fostering lasting resilience and self-confidence. Trevor earned his bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. After working as a therapist and clinical director for several years, he moved to Auburn, Alabama, to pursue a PhD in Human Development and Family Science. His long-term professional goal is to reduce the stress of military life on the family relationships of service members, blending clinical expertise with advocacy and education. Born and raised in Utah, Trevor has a lifelong love of the mountains. His favorite things are any activity with his wife and four boys. In his “extra” time, Trevor enjoys endurance events, trail running, construction projects, and daydreaming about the future hobby farm his family will one day build together.
